Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clear My Land Directory at clearmylanddirectory.com, operated by Unique Marketing Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website.

Description of Service

Clear My Land Directory is an online directory and advertising platform that connects consumers with land clearing & forestry mulching professionals. We provide a listing platform where contractors can showcase their business information and consumers can browse, compare, and contact those businesses.

We are a directory and advertising service only. We do not provide land clearing & forestry mulching services ourselves. We are not a party to any transaction or agreement between you and any contractor listed on our platform.

User Submissions

When you submit a business listing or other content to Clear My Land Directory, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You are authorized to submit the listing on behalf of the business
• The listing does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify the submitted content as part of operating our directory

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of submitted information. We may edit, refuse, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Listing Claims and Ownership

Business owners may claim existing listings to manage their information and access paid features. The claim process requires email verification to confirm you are associated with the listed business. We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our discretion. Claiming a listing does not transfer any ownership rights in our platform or database.

Paid Plans and Billing

We offer paid listing plans that provide enhanced visibility and features, including Featured placement and City Exclusive placement. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• Billing: All payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price Changes: We may change plan pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

Sponsored and Featured Placements

Listings marked as "Featured" or "Sponsored" are paid advertising placements. Featured listings appear prominently in search results and on city pages. Placement is advertising and does not represent an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality by Clear My Land Directory.

Intellectual Property

The Clear My Land Directory website, including its design, layout, code, and original content, is owned by Unique Marketing Services and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Business listing data submitted by third parties remains the property of the respective business owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Clear My Land Directory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information.

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality of services provided by any contractor listed in our directory. Listings are based on publicly available information and business submissions. We strongly recommend that you independently verify licensing, insurance, references, and qualifications before hiring any contractor.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unique Marketing Services and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Clear My Land Directory or your interaction with any listed contractor.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Clear My Land Directory shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Third-Party Links

Clear My Land Directory contains links to third-party websites, including the websites of listed contractors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party websites. Clicking on a third-party link means you are leaving Clear My Land Directory and are subject to that website's terms and privacy policy.

Right to Remove Listings

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any listing at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate or misleading information
• Reports of fraudulent or unlawful business activity
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Failure to pay for a subscribed plan
• The business is no longer operating

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website in an automated manner for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our platform to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website
• Impersonate another person or business

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from your use of Clear My Land Directory shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at hello@clearmylanddirectory.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state of Arizona.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Clear My Land Directory at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If you have a paid subscription, termination by us without cause will include a pro-rated refund of any pre-paid amounts.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Clear My Land Directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
