• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type.
• Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address. If you use the "Near Me" feature, your browser may request precise location access, which you can decline.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Clear My Land Directory. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

• Supabase — Database hosting and storage. Your submitted listing data and account information are stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure.
• Cloudflare — Website hosting, content delivery (CDN), and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may collect IP addresses and request metadata for security and performance purposes.
• Stripe — Payment processing. When you purchase a paid listing plan, Stripe collects and processes your payment information. We receive only a transaction confirmation and do not store your card details.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery. We use Resend to send claim verification emails and payment confirmations. Your email address is shared with Resend for this purpose.
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — Website analytics and event tracking. Google may collect cookies, IP addresses, and usage data. You can opt out by using a browser extension or disabling cookies.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Contact inquiries: Retained for up to 2 years.

We are not responsible for the actions, services, quality of work, or business practices of any contractor listed in our directory. Any interaction with a listed business is solely between you and that business.
